This notice explains how MAXSIM handles personal data when you visit or use maxsim.cloud.

1. Who is responsible

MAXSIM CLOUD, S.L. (Spanish tax ID CIF B88981956), with registered address at Avenida de la Constitución, 3B, 39300 Torrelavega, Cantabria, Spain, operates maxsim.cloud and is responsible for the personal data it processes about visitors, account holders and business contacts. For privacy requests, contact ai@maxsim.cloud.

2. Data we collect

Account and contact data: name, email address, account settings and communications with us.
Service data: information you upload, create or connect to MAXSIM, including application, database, message and configuration data.
Technical data: IP address, browser or device information, access logs, security events and usage information.
Billing data: subscription, invoice and payment-status information. Payment-card details are handled by the relevant payment provider, not stored by MAXSIM.
Cookie data: essential cookies used to keep the service secure and functional.

3. Why we use data

We use personal data to provide and secure the service, create and administer accounts, process payments, communicate with you, prevent fraud or abuse, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, legal obligations, or consent where consent is required.

4. Cloud and AI processing

MAXSIM is an Agentic Cloud service. To provide cloud, support and AI-assisted features, we may process the data and context needed to operate your system. When you use MAXSIM to process personal data for your own application or customers, you are generally the controller of that data and MAXSIM acts as your processor.

Depending on the features you use, data may be processed by service providers that help deliver AI, infrastructure, security, payments or communications. Stripe handles payments and Cloudflare provides network and DNS. The current AI sub-processors are listed below; the same list, with legal entities and international-transfer safeguards, is always published in Section 8 of the Terms of Service.

5. Sharing and international transfers

We share data only with service providers, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or parties involved in a corporate transaction. Providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use the safeguards applicable to the transfer.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention and security

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect MAXSIM. Data can remain in protected backups for a limited period after deletion.

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, monitoring and encrypted backups. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies

Essential cookies help keep the site secure and functional. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the service works.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to your relevant data-protection authority. To exercise a right, email ai@maxsim.cloud.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our service or legal obligations change. The current version is always published on this page.
